Founded in 1987, SACE Adelaide is the oldest language school in the city and its only Cambridge examination centre. The school is housed in a heritage building in the city centre, just a short walk from the main shopping area, Rundle Mall.
SACE combines modern teaching methods with a friendly environment to ensure students achieve their full potential. Lessons use examples from modern Australian culture, role plays, games and problem solving exercises to help you to learn as much as you can during your course. If you are looking to visit more of Australia during your stay, SACE offers you the opportunity to spread your standard group course over two or three destinations. You can start studying in Adelaide before heading to another SACE school in Hobart, Melbourne or the Whitsundays without stopping the flow of your studies and you will only pay the registration fee and accommodation placement fee once.
Outside of your course, Club SACE Adelaide arranges a variety of activities that students can take part in for a small fee including camping trips on Kangaroo Island, kayaking, dolphin spotting, sports and wine tasting. In addition, SACE Study Club is held every Monday and Wednesday afternoon when students can take advantage of the schools various videos, recordings and practice tests or simply do their homework in a quiet setting. For those who are looking to work in Australia or study at an Australian university after their English course, the staff at SACE Adelaide are delighted to offer you free advice on these topics.
